  Very pricey gear in this shop, everything costs a fortune. But if you are ready to put the price, that's the kind of place where you get this super warm light coat that you kept for life and becomes you favorite. I'm not the most technical person on earth so might not be as relevant as it is for experts but I get very good technical sport wear and gear in this shop. Staff is very friendly and always happy and eager to help and advise you.

  I bought hiking shoes last year. Unfortunately it turned out they did not fit my feet very well. Long hikes, gave me blisters on both food. I went back and they really helped me very well. Although I did not blame them, they apologized and took all the time to help and advice me. I made an appointment. They prepared themselves very well, and asked the right questions. It was a great experience! Really a shop to go back!

  Went here on a day trip in The Hague. Staff was very friendly and helpful, maybe a bit too helpful.. I had to say ‘no thanks’ about 10 times because they asked me if I needed any help. There was plenty of choice in different categories and they had a good sale. The sales man also realized he didn’t charge me correctly and gave me my money back, without me having to raise it with him.

  The shop was surprisingly empty, not many customers, and the shelfs were empty as well. I am a regular here , and I do most of my shopping online, the shop itself is more like a pickup point. My favourite outdoor shop in the Netherlands.
